How long is shipping time?

All orders are shipped within 1-3 working days. We do not count Saturday, Sunday or English bank holidays in this.

Once shipped UK orders should be with you in 48 hours with full tracking from my doorstep to yours. Please note shipping delays are out of our control once your order has left us.

Estimated delivery times for international orders are 3-7 working days. Customs and other issues may delay this and therefore we are unable to guarantee dates for international orders.

Is there extra fees to pay on international orders?

There may be additional customs and duties fees on international orders. The exception to this is the USA where all customs and duties are paid by us prior to shipping.

I ordered the wrong size, can I exchange?

We do not currently offer exchanges but you are of course able to return your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving. Just email EloriBloom@gmail.com for the return details or fill out our contact form right here on the website.

How can I return an item?

The return cost is the buyers responsibility and the item must be returned in the original condition and in the original packaging

How are your items printed?

Our items are all DTF printed. This is a transfer secured to your garment with heat and pressure. This is an amazing printing technique which keeps your graphic bright and bold and with the right care your print will well outlast your t-shirt.

Do you print the items or buy them in?

All of our items are printed by us, ensuring the highest quality control at every step.

How often can I buy new products?

We have regular drops of products, please keep an eye on our social media pages and website for all our latest products.
